Living Nature

Living Nature is an adorable range of plush toy brand for all ages. Toy animals with silky soft fur and created with realistic detailed features. We partnered with Living Nature to support the launch of the brand DTC. We developed their proposition, created and executed product development, executed a new brand identity, built a launch and marketing strategy and project managed the creation of a new website.

Brand Proposition & Development

Market insight, consumer understanding and identifying the need to create an emotive brand led to the creative development of the soft toy brand Living Nature. From setting clarity on target consumers, to developing first to market innovative digital products and partnerships, we created a soft toy brand to stand out in the marketplace.

Creative Identity

Briefing and working with design agencies, photographers and copywriters, we established a brand identity, tone of voice and photography style that would work across all channels, consumer segments and the range of over 150 products.  Scripting for voice over actors and recording digital content for the brand allowed us to add something truly unique for Living Nature.

Web and UX build

The SME Partners led the digital strategy including sourcing tech suppliers, managing the UX design process and nailing requirements within budget. Living Nature now has a shiny new website with some digital innovation to boot which included automated email messages throughout the year from the toys themselves.

Marketing Planning

Development, management and execution of the Living Nature annual activity calendar allowed all stakeholders to create aligned and relevant content across all channels.  Building out for natural trade peaks, as well as creating promotional peaks outside of key events, and executing consistently across all marketing and comms channels.

 

 

CRM, Social Content & Outreach

Building out the Living Nature brand across social platforms and introducing the new identity to new consumers was the platform from which we grew the fan base, creating content, engaging with influencers, running competitions, independently and with relevant partners.  Our outreach programme built strong brand ambassadors to provide new and exciting content and CRM contributed to driving incremental organic traffic over paid. We established a partnership with National Geographic that allowed us to add more value and education for our young customers, as well as creating a relationship that resonated with all.
